Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gregory House! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Springfield is fending him off so far but House persists. Nope, Springfield circles away and we're back to standing. House looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! House shoots for a takedown but Springfield saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Springfield shoots and misses and House counters by moving into the clinch. House prevents a takedown attempt there.
House gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Springfield.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Javier Springfield. That's going to take a lot out of him. Springfield prevents House from breaking the clinch. Springfield could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Springfield has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. House avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. House is trying to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Springfield looking for a takedown. Springfield is trying to work for a single leg takedown but House pulls him back up using the underhooks. House escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Springfield or perhaps it was just good defense by House which made him look bad. Springfield tries for a takedown but House circles away easily and House counters with a single leg into guard. Springfield didn't expect that. Springfield pushes a forearm under House's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, House is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
