Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Guterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eirc Talenworths (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Talenworths has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guterson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Talenworths looks gassed!
Guterson stands up and beckons Talenworths to join him on the feet.
Guterson rushes Talenworths and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Guterson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Talenworths tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Guterson is able to avoid easily.
Talenworths misses with a jab, cross combination.
Guterson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Talenworths sprawls well initially but Guterson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Guterson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Guterson passes the guard and advances to mount!

Guterson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Talenworths is surviving well by controlling Guterson's body position as best he can.

Talenworths is trying to reverse the position but instead Guterson has taken his back - oops!
Guterson is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Talenworths is defending well though. Guterson let's go of the attempt for now.
Guterson is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Talenworths with him. Talenworths is trying to defend but Guterson has an arm under the chin now! Talenworths grimaces and is forced to tap out!
