Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brotha Hung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kensei Hitori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brotha Hung! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kensei Hitori! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hitori tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hung swivels and escapes. Hung drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hung is trying to get an arm triangle but Hitori is defending well. Hung tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hung has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Hung decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hitori to his feet. Brotha Hung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hitori tries to keep at a distance but Hung has taken the fight into the clinch. Hitori lands a nice knee to the body. Hitori pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hung throws a right and a left that both miss. A combination from Hung does no damage. Hung avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hung swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hitori moves into the clinch. Hitori looking for a takedown. Hitori goes for a takedown attempt but Hung pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Brotha Hung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kensei Hitori. Hung swings for the body but Hitori moves out of range.
Hung misses with a low kick as Hitori jumps back. Hung motions for Hitori to come forward. Hung throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hitori tries to keep at a distance but Hung has taken the fight into the clinch. Hung tries to pull guard but Hitori won't allow it.
Hitori changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hung fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Hitori takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Hitori wants to clinch and Hung counters by clinching up. Hitori is pressed up against the cage. Hung has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hitori down to the mat. Hitori avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hitori tries to clinch but Hung moves out of range. Hitori should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Hitori moves in looking to clinch but Hung pushes him off. Hung misses with a takedown attempt and Hitori counters with a series of strikes. Hung will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hitori throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hung. Hitori looks to clinch and Hung counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hung. Hung is breathing heavily. Hitori is trying to keep Hung in close.
Hitori lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hung! Hung tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hitori working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hitori stands up from mount. Strange move. Hung ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hung tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hitori counters with a nice double leg into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hung escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hitori gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hung looking for a guillotine here but Hitori defends easily.
Hitori controls from within his opponent's guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hung is trying to keep Hitori in close.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brotha Hung dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Hung swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hitori looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Hung is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Hitori stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hung swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hitori looking to sit in guard and control but Hung gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Hung is pushing down on Hitori's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hitori is fighting to maintain full guard but Hung has managed to sneak the leg through. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hung seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hitori does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Hung wants to stand up but Hitori is controlling the position.
Hung seems to be working for a kimura but Hitori defends the submission attempt. Hitori wants to control but Hung is keeping busy and won't allow it. Hung prevents Hitori from improving his position. Hung is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Hitori is trying to maintain the position but Hung is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hitori shoots for a double leg takedown but Hung sprawls well. He's pushed Hitori's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Hung throws a combination that misses and Hitori counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hitori. Hitori drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hung gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hung jumps guard but Hitori stands there with Hung around his waist. Hung gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hung has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hitori avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Hung stops a takedown attempt from Hitori.
Brotha Hung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kensei Hitori.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hitori escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hung works the jab nicely. Hung lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hitori circles away quickly and effectively. Hung throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brotha Hung is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hitori. Hung misses with a combination
and Hitori counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Hung is looking to escape. Hitori is keen to just control but Hung is a slippery customer. Hitori is looking to pass Hung's guard but actually Hung recovers to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hung is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hitori wants to control from the top but Hung keeps moving. Hung seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Hung working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hitori doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hitori manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hung has his foot on Hitori's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hitori works his way back into a safe position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kensei Hitori showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Hung throws a series of punches but Hitori avoids them all with ease. Hung tries to bum rush Hitori with a series of wild strikes but Hitori uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hung has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hung has Hitori pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hitori manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Hitori pulls Hung into guard.
Hung gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Horrible takedown by Hung or perhaps it was just good defense by Hitori which made him look bad. Hitori drives through and clinches with Hung against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hitori goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hung prevents it.
Hung jumps guard and drags Hitori to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Hung has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hitori is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hung. Hitori advances to full mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hung tries to buck Hitori off but Hitori takes his back! Hung trying to control the action but Hitori just sinks the hooks in. Hitori has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hung has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Kensei Hitori has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hung is keeping busy.
Hitori is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Hung knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Hung for a finish. Hitori is persistently looking for the submission but Hung is defending it well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hung is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Hitori gets his way!
Hitori wants to control the position but Hung frees himself and scrambles - Hitori manages to regain control in side control.
Hitori trying to control the action but Hung is working from the bottom. Hung is trying to control Hitori's posture but Hitori avoids it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hitori tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Hung gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Kensei Hitori comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hitori has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
