Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between What Cheem (ranked 5717 p4p, 512 weight class) and Greg Mclovin (ranked 9732 p4p, 643 weight class). The key to victory for What Cheem has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, What Cheem! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg Mclovin! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheem tries to close the distance and clinch but Mclovin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Mclovin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mclovin feints the counter takedown. Mclovin forces Cheem back against the cage and clinches. Cheem with a knee to the head.
It looks like Greg Mclovin has been cut. With the fighters up against the cage, Mclovin throws an elbow but misses. Cheem gets underhooks to prevent Mclovin's takedown attempt.
Mclovin is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. I was talking to Cheem's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Cheem lands a nice knee to the body. Mclovin drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Cheem obliges. Cheem prevents the takedown attempt.
What Cheem has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Mclovin. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cheem landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Mclovin looks winded! Mclovin changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cheem fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Cheem forces Mclovin back against the cage and clinches. Cheem utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cheem connects with a knee to the head.
Cheem lands a knee to the head.
Mclovin is rocked! Cheem with a knee to the head.
Mclovin is still on wobbly legs! Can Cheem finish him? Cheem landing knees to the body.
Cheem jerks Mclovin's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Mclovin drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Cheem goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Cheem because Mclovin was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). What Cheem!
