Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mad Dog Malone (ranked 2602 p4p, 313 weight class) and Melvin Gustin (ranked 10186 p4p, 732 weight class). Malone comes to the cage accompanied by Bad Boys - Inner Circle. Melvin Gustin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Melvin Gustin!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone misses with a body kick.
Gustin goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Malone ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Malone throws a nice outside leg kick.
Gustin needs to keep his hands up - Malone had a free shot at his head there.
Gustin misses with the combination.
Gustin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Malone manages to avoid it.
Malone throws a hook to the side of Gustin's head but Gustin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gustin tries to counter with a clinch but Malone shakes him off and moves away.
Malone lands the left hand.
Malone lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Nice defenses there by Gustin.
Gustin checks a low kick from Malone.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Malone throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gustin throws a combination that misses
and Malone counters with a nice body kick.
Malone blocks a head kick by Gustin.
A counter left hand to the body from Malone misses its target.
Gustin tries to clinch there but Malone circles away.
Malone has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Marijuana Gardens in the buildup to the fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Malone fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gustin.
Gustin's jab looks to have found its range, popping Malone under the eye.
Malone shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Malone blocks a head kick by Gustin.
Gustin throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Malone's head.
It looks like Mad Dog Malone has been cut.
Some bone on bone action there as Gustin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Malone thuds a left hand into Gustin's body.
Malone throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Gustin is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Gustin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Malone.
Malone fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gustin.
Gustin moves forwards but Malone connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Gustin staying out of range there.
Malone sets himself, and Gustin steps forward looking for the clinch! Malone avoids it this time.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Malone misses with an attempted mid kick.
Malone jabs Gustin to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A slapping leg kick lands for Malone.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gustin misses with a hook.
Malone throws a right and a left that both miss.
Malone scores with a push kick.
Malone scores with a decent looking hook.
Good shot there by Malone.
Gustin swinging wildly here.
Gustin looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Malone scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gustin lunges at Malone with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Malone's hand.
Gustin throws a predictable looking body shot
and Malone finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Gustin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Gustin is rocked!
It looks like Melvin Gustin has been cut.
BOOM! Malone lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gustin. Gustin tries to recover but Malone is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gustin lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mad Dog Malone!
