Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gracie Allen (ranked 313 p4p, 42 weight class) and Don Fagaro (ranked 503 p4p, 67 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 19 - 1, fighting out of New York, Gracie Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don Fagaro!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fagaro lands with a cross.
Allen tries a low kick but Fagaro avoids it.

Fagaro is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Allen defends well.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Fagaro isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Allen stacks Fagaro on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Allen!

That was a close second round but I would say that Gracie Allen will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Allen has his opponent's back but Fagaro is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Allen.

Fagaro feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Don Fagaro.
I think Fagaro has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Don Fagaro spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
