Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between lenny mclean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, lenny mclean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Vince Nash! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Nash or perhaps it was just good defense by mclean which made him look bad. mclean misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nash shoots in but mclean avoids the takedown attempt easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nash. lenny mclean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vince Nash. mclean misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. mclean throws a low kick but Nash avoids it. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round. mclean lands a jab-cross combination. A combination from mclean does no damage. mclean thows a left - swing and a miss! Nash shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with mclean but mclean pushes him off and we're back to square one. mclean throws a right and a left that Nash avoids nicely. mclean looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. mclean rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nash moves out of range and avoids them all easily. mclean throws a wild combination but nothing lands. mclean closes the distance and clinches. Nash on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. mclean wants to get back to striking at distance but Nash won't allow it.
mclean gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. mclean is breathing heavily. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nash is on top in guard.
Nash wants to stand but mclean has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Nash passes into half guard. Nash is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and mclean defends it well. Nash is keen to just control but mclean is a slippery customer. mclean tries to roll over but Nash keeps him under control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nash prevents mclean from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nash postures up and lands a big shot to mclean's brow. Nash passes mclean's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nash moves into full mount! mclean won't be happy about that! Nash looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. mclean slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Nash is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Still in half guard, Nash seems content to control. Nash wants to work for an arm triangle but mclean is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nash lands a nice short elbow. Nash is looking for a kimura but mclean is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Nash to get the leverage.

mclean tries to get to full guard but Nash has control of the leg. Nash frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Nash can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as mclean is looking to escape. mclean has given up his back here. Will Nash look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Nash is punishing mclean with strikes - can he finish him?! Nash has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Nash has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nash has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but mclean can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. mclean would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. mclean wants to control from the top but Nash keeps moving. mclean stopping the sweep attempt from Nash. mclean gets to his feet - Nash follows without any prompting. Nash misses with a takedown attempt - mclean sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. mclean moves out of range of the leg kick from Nash.

We're back to striking at a distance. mclean moves in looking to clinch but Nash pushes him off. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from mclean lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and mclean has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from mclean and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for mclean! mclean slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. mclean is pressing down on Nash's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now mclean is on top in guard.

Nash is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but mclean frees his head nicely. Oh but Nash has switched to an armbar! mclean is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
