Burns comes to the cage accompanied by Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three - The Roof Is On Fire. Brian Burns is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... We've been hearing good reports from Burns's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Odoacer tries to reverse the position but Burns maintains control.
Odoacer keeps trying to improve his position.
Burns takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Odoacer tries to lock up and control but Burns gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Odoacer manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Burns in particular looking to stall.

A very excited looking Brian Burns made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
