Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Futin fails to land with a series of punches.
Materla changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Futin fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Futin tries to clinch but Materla is having none of it.
Futin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Materla!
Materla tries to bench press Futin off him but Futin keeps the position.
You can see the frustration on Materla's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Materla is trying to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Materla struggling a bit here.
Materla wants to get back to his feet but Futin drags him back down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Materla holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
Futin controls the position.
Futin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Materla keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Futin tries to score with some ground and pound. Materla controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Materla gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Futin is working for a submission of some sort.
Futin throwing shots but Materla is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Futin is trying to control the action in half guard but Materla is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Nice body punch from Futin.
Futin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Futin wants to pass the guard but Materla is keeping the position.
Materla seems keen to control Futin's posture.
Futin is sitting in close to Materla's body. Materla has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Futin is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Futin is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Materla.
