And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Sherkov Yegorovich! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Vader rushes Yegorovich and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Vader jumps guard and drags Yegorovich to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Vader is trying to control the position but Yegorovich postures up. Yegorovich trying to control the position from guard on top but Vader is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vader pulls Yegorovich in close to prevent any damage. Vader on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Vader tries to get out of the position. Vader is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Yegorovich is aware though and is defending well. Yegorovich advances to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vader is refusing to be controlled, as Yegorovich sits in half guard. Vader controlling the position well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yegorovich seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Vader is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
