Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rod Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Henriksen defending well as Jackson loads up on a big left hand.
Jackson throws a looping overhand right but Henriksen ducks down to avoid it.
A little feinted left hand from Henriksen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A jab from Jackson does it's job there.
Jackson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jackson swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Henriksen counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Rod Jackson has been cut.

We've been told by Henriksen's head coaches at Aspire Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jackson lands with an uppercut that bounces Henriksen off the cage and back into range.
Jackson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Henriksen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Jackson misses with a head kick.
A big left from Jackson misses.
Henriksen is looking to counter with a body kick.
Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jackson. Henriksen shrugs it off though.

Jackson slips under a jab.
Henriksen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Jackson takes a swing at Henriksen's ribcage but misses.
Jackson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Jackson misses with a jab to the body
and Henriksen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Henriksen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jackson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jackson cracks a nice hook into Henriksen's ribs.
Jackson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Jackson drops Henriksen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Henriksen looks back up at him and smiles so Jackson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Henriksen is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Henriksen walks straight into a right hand from Jackson - that's dropped him! Jackson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Henriksen from any more punishment! Henriksen complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Rod Jackson!
Rod Jackson was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
