Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Andrews!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Blight Foreman!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews throws a hook but Foreman avoids it easily.
Foreman stuffs the takedown.
Andrews throws a big shot that misses.
Foreman stuffs the takedown attempt from Andrews. Andrews gets slowly back to his feet.
Andrews throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Foreman avoids the head kick by Andrews.
Andrews lunges at Foreman with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Foreman's hand.


It looks like Blight Foreman has been cut.
Foreman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Andrews throws out the jab.
Andrews lands with a right hand.
Andrews misses with a straight right.
Andrews looks to score with a jab to the body but Foreman is just out of range.
Andrews missing with a left hand there. Foreman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Foreman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Andrews wants to sweep here but Foreman controlling him for the moment.
Foreman pushing down on Andrews's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Foreman is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Andrews has managed to free his arm - good work.

Foreman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Andrews keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Andrews tries to roll over but Foreman keeps him under control.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Andrews is not content to let Foreman control the position.
Still in half guard, Foreman seems content to control.
Andrews tries to get to full guard but Foreman has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Foreman is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Andrews is just riding it out for now. Foreman eventually gives up the hold.
Foreman looks gassed!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Foreman avoids the head kick by Andrews.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Andrews scores with a sloppy right hand. Foreman should have avoided that one.
Foreman staying out of range there.

Andrews moves in looking to clinch but Foreman pushes him off.
Andrews tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Foreman paws at him with a jab and circles away.

so Foreman counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Andrews bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Foreman's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Foreman is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Andrews is staying active.
Andrews works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Foreman wants to control but Andrews postures up.
Check out the look on Andrews's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Foreman on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
You can see the frustration on Foreman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Despite being in the dominant position, Blight Foreman just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Andrews throws a big shot that misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Andrews drops Foreman with a nice combination! Andrews dives into Foreman's guard, looking to finish!
Andrews stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Foreman swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Foreman wants to sweep but no luck.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Foreman shoots for a takedown but Andrews saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Andrews throws a shot from downtown. Foreman moves away and avoids it.
Foreman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Andrews's waist but Andrews gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Foreman off to one side.

Andrews scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Andrews looks to land a right hand but Foreman moved out of range.
Justin Andrews is winning the standup battle so far.
Foreman keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Andrews lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A punch lands to the side of Foreman 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Andrews shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Foreman as he avoids it easily.

and Foreman counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Andrews!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Andrews is looking for a sweep.

Foreman tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Andrews tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Andrews tries to improve position but can't.
Foreman is looking to take a break and control but Andrews is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Andrews throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Andrews scores with a crisp jab that stopped Foreman in his tracks.
Andrews stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Andrews bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Andrews misses with a looping right.
Foreman slips a jab from Andrews.
Andrews jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Andrews fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Foreman on the side of the head.

Foreman fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Andrews is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Andrews looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Andrews throws a series of punches but Foreman moves out of range.
Foreman gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Andrews smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Foreman is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Andrews is surviving well by controlling Foreman's body position as best he can.
Andrews is squirming around, avoiding Foreman's attempts to control the action.
Andrews is working to get back to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Foreman can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Andrews is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Andrews throws a push kick but Foreman slaps the foot to one side.
Andrews wants to clinch but Foreman slips to the side

and Foreman counters with a shoot takedown. Andrews fights it but they end up in guard.

Andrews had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Foreman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Andrews Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Foreman's back instead.
Foreman just trying to survive but Andrews is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Will Andrews go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Foreman covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Andrews punishes Foreman with strikes from the back mount.

Foreman rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Foreman trying to hold on to Andrews's head to control him but Andrews postures up.

Andrews is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Foreman doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Andrews.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Foreman thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Foreman looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Andrews working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Foreman's head.
Andrews knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Foreman on the ground.
Foreman controls Andrews momentarily but Andrews frees himself.
Andrews in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Good exchange - Andrews coming out on top.
Andrews scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Andrews swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Andrews tries for a takedown but Foreman circles away easily

and Foreman counters with a takedown into side control.
Andrews wants to control but Foreman postures up.
The referee asks Foreman politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Foreman prefers to stall for the moment though.

Foreman has an Americana. Andrews didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Foreman is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Foreman hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
