Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Evan Hart (ranked 25714 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitch Willis (ranked 6006 p4p, 0 weight class). Willis has chosen Hippie Sabotage - Running Miles as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mitch Willis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evan Hart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mitch Willis! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A low kick from Willis is predictable there and Hart counters with a two punch combo. Willis throws a head kick but Hart moves out of range.
Hart went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Willis thumps Hart with a low kick. Willis feints a jab promting Hart to slip. Willis then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hart slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Evan Hart has been cut. Willis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Willis lands with a short head shot on the inside. Willis tries to land a knee to the head but Hart blocks with his arms.
Hart is trying to push Willis away but Willis has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Hart jumps into guard, dragging Willis to the mat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Willis wants to control from the top but Hart keeps moving. Willis throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Willis passes Hart's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Willis is keen to just control but Hart is a slippery customer. Hart tries to kick Willis off but Willis keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Hart is looking for a sweep. Willis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Willis controlling the pace. Hart wants to improve his position but Willis is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Willis escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. A combination from Willis does no damage. Hart was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Mitch Willis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hart stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hart wants it to stay on the feet. And Hart counters with a quick kick to the body but Willis blocks it. Willis instigates a clinch. Hart wants a takedown.
Willis is trying to pull guard but Hart has him pressed against the cage. Hart jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Willis walks away with a smile on his face. Hart gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Willis ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Willis misses with a kick to the body.
Hart went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Danga de danga de dang - Willis scores with a four punch combination! Willis does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Hart is looking to counter with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A punch combination from Willis misses. Willis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hart swivels and escapes. Evan Hart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mitch Willis. Willis looks winded! Hart takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Hart closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hart is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Willis to keep the fight standing. Hart tries to pull guard but Willis won't allow it.
Hart tries to pull guard but Willis forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Willis manages to break the clinch.
Willis is pawing at Hart, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Hart's nose. Hart is badly hurt! Willis pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Hart tries desperately to hold on but Willis is relentless in his assault! As Hart receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Willis away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mitch Willis! After the big win, Mitch Willis made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Pit Bull Development and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
