The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joyner walks into a left hand.
It looks like Jerrold Joyner has been cut.
Fili tries to clinch up
and Joyner counters with a good low kick that Fili was not able to check.
Andre Fili seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fili closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Joyner's guard.
