Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yoshi Takanahana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Filipunaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takanahana kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dillinger Escape Plan - 43% Burnt. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takanahana takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Yoshi Takanahana has been cut.
Takanahana shoots in and bounces Filipunaki off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Takanahana drops back looking for a leg! Filipunaki is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Filipunaki manages to kick Takanahana off! Takanahana jumps back into Filipunaki's guard.
Filipunaki working for a triangle but Takanahana defends it easily.
Filipunaki not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Takanahana is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Takanahana drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Filipunaki manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Takanahana has Filipunaki in his guard.
Filipunaki trying to stand up but can't free himself from Takanahana's guard.

Takanahana keeping moving, preventing Filipunaki from controlling successfully.
Takanahana looking for a triangle here. Filipunaki is fighting it but it looks tight! Takanahana pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Filipunaki is tapping out - this one is all over!
