Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Colt (ranked 4335 p4p, 422 weight class) and Big Man (ranked 5103 p4p, 492 weight class). Big Man is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Colt lands a two punch combo.
Colt works the jab nicely.
Colt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Man is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Colt with a body shot.
Colt throws an off balance right hand
enabling Man to counter with a crisp jab.
Man uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Colt .
Donk. Colt catches Man right on the button with a cross.
Colt misses with a left hand
and Man counters with a crisp right hand that drops Colt ! Man lets Colt back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Colt could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Colt changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Man fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Colt 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Man under the eye.
Man closes the distance and clinches.
Man dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Colt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

A frustrated look appears on Colt 's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Colt is trying to break the clinch but Man has him pressed against the cage.
Colt is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Man gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Man lands a hook to the side of the head.

Man keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Colt 's efforts to push away.
Man tries to throw a body punch but Colt avoids it by throwing Man back against the cage.
Colt tries to break free but Man pushes him back against the cage.
Man is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Colt . That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head punch on the inside from Colt fails to land.
Colt blocking some punches.
Man lands an uppercut.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Man keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Colt 's efforts to push away.

Colt has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Man is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Colt takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Colt goes for a takedown attempt but Man pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Colt throws a shot from downtown. Man moves away and avoids it.

Colt was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Colt lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Man tries to close the distance and clinch up but Colt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Colt throwing a counter right hand but Man manages to avoid it.

Man tries to clinch up but Colt circles away and keeps his distance.
Man rushes Colt and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Colt is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Colt has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A bit of stalling here from Man.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Man takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Man continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Man will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Colt up against the cage.
Come on Man - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Big Man dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Johnny Colt 's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Man has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Colt finds it's way round the side to connect with Man's head.
Man blocks a jab.
Sloppy strikes from Colt . Those never looked like landing.
Colt lands with a nice combination. Man backs away looking to recover.
Man showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Colt .
Man tries to counter by closing the distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man tries to clinch up but Colt circles away and keeps his distance.
Man keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Man is looking to clinch.

Colt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Colt misses with a right hand
and Man counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fight stays on the outside here - Man looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Johnny Colt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Colt misses with a series of wild punches.
Man slips under a jab.
Man throws out a counter right but Colt avoids it with no problem.
Man takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Colt scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Colt lands a two punch combo.
A nice combination there by Colt .
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Man counters with a big right hand! Oh Colt is in trouble here! Man follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
