Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Kenuichio Harada (ranked 5629 p4p, 535 weight class) and Kron Karelin (ranked 21758 p4p, 744 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Kenuichio Harada! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 4 losses; Kron Karelin!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and James Glass.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Harada gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Harada has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Karelin is trying to keep an underhook but Harada manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Karelin has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Harada has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Harada sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Karelin's guard.

Harada stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karelin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Karelin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Karelin drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Harada dives on top into guard.

Karelin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Karelin tries to reverse the position but Harada maintains control.

Harada takes the fight on points by 18 to 10.
