Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Niudu Kakka (ranked 3137 p4p, 347 weight class) and Bill Hardwick (ranked 3716 p4p, 395 weight class). Hardwick has chosen Move as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bill Hardwick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardwick comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Kakka wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hardwick has him pressed against the cage.

Kakka gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hardwick.

Hardwick throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kakka tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hardwick is in Kakka's guard.

As Hardwick looks to move away, Kakka throws a big counter combo but Hardwick just gets out of the way.

Kakka goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Hardwick shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kakka as he avoids it easily.
Kakka was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

After the fight, Bill Hardwick was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
