Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Gore (ranked 5067 p4p, 501 weight class) and Paulski McBeth (ranked 2037 p4p, 226 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ivan Gore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paulski McBeth! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice inside leg kick there by McBeth. That's going to slow Gore down. Gore throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A chopping leg kick lands by McBeth. Gore moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. A shot to the body from McBeth misses and Gore counters with a nice uppercut. Gore on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by McBeth. McBeth obviously looking to wear him down.
Gore throws out a loose jab but McBeth uses good head movement to avoid it. Gore steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McBeth. McBeth throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gore tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McBeth paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gore goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
McBeth is rocked! McBeth misses with a hook. Gore connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between McBeth's hands. McBeth is still on wobbly legs! Can Gore finish him? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gore attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Gore avoids the head kick by McBeth.
McBeth seems to have recovered his senses. McBeth lands with a cross. Gore misses with a hook. McBeth ducked under it nicely. McBeth wants to counter with a clinch but Gore pushes him away. McBeth bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gore takes a swing at McBeth's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gore throws a low kick, looking for McBeth's leg but McBeth calmly moves out of range. McBeth misses with the body kick and Gore counters with a right hand to the body. McBeth misses with a leg kick and Gore counters with a stiff right hand. Gore throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McBeth sees it coming and avoids it easily. McBeth scores with a jab to the head.
McBeth misses the body punch letting Gore counter with a right hand. A big left from McBeth misses. McBeth throws a looping overhand right but Gore ducks down to avoid it. Gore feinted there with a counter leg kick. Gore looks to land a right hand but McBeth moved out of range. McBeth tried to score with a low kick but Gore checks it. Gore throws out a loose jab but McBeth uses good head movement to avoid it. McBeth ducks under a wild hook from Gore. Gore throws an overhand right that lands on McBeth's shoulder, as McBeth tries to avoid the shot. McBeth misses with a double jab.
Gore takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. McBeth throws a right and a left that Gore avoids nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gore fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gore looks for the body kick but McBeth saw that one coming. McBeth is looking to clinch. Gore throws a hook but McBeth blocks it. Gore moves out of range of the leg kick from McBeth. Gore fails with an attempt to clinch.
McBeth throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Gore misses with a body kick. A head kick misses from McBeth. Gore displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McBeth throws out the jab. A big left from Gore misses. McBeth slips a straight right by Gore. McBeth steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gore. That one must have hurt. Gore blocks a leg kick. Gore takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Gore looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Gore lands a nice looking body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gore is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Danga de danga de dang - McBeth scores with a four punch combination! Gore throws a head kick that misses. McBeth throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Gore keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
McBeth waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gore. McBeth fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gore checks it well. McBeth connects with a solid leg kick. A telegraphed right hand from Gore misses the target. Gore cracks McBeth with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Gore avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gore goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. A jab from McBeth finds it's way through Gore's defenses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McBeth throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gore. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gore scores with a sloppy right hand. McBeth should have avoided that one. McBeth lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gore at a distance.
Gore misses with a body kick. A head kick misses from McBeth. Gore seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. McBeth moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Gore thumps McBeth with a low kick. The fighters circle momentarily. Gore darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Gore is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. McBeth throws out a leg kick but Gore moves out of range and McBeth only half commits. Gore moves into the clinch successfully.
Gore swings wildly with an uppercut but McBeth uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Gore. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Gore tries a body shot but McBeth blocks it.

Still in the clinch, McBeth scores with a nice short uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ivan Gore will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gore misses with a body kick. Gore clobbers McBeth with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. McBeth throws a head kick but Gore moves out of range.

McBeth tries to counter by closing the distance. McBeth moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. McBeth looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Gore connects with a body shot that sends McBeth's belly button to the back. McBeth dips to his left and cracks Gore with an uppercut! Gore gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Gore takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jab from Gore. Gore throws the left hand but McBeth avoids the punch easily. McBeth throws a combination that misses and Gore moves into the clinch. The referee calls for McBeth to work.
McBeth is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Gore softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. McBeth's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. McBeth blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

McBeth is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. McBeth is trying to slow the pace down but that's a couple of times in a row that he's tried to get underhooks and Gore has denied him. Gore working aggressively here.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Paulski McBeth. Gore looks to land a left hand but McBeth moved out of range nicely. Gore tries to close the distance and clinch up but McBeth swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gore lands with an uppercut that bounces McBeth off the cage and back into range. Gore throws a body kick that misses. McBeth takes a swing at Gore's ribcage but misses. Gore rushes McBeth and presses him up against the cage. McBeth will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Gore up against the cage. Gore scores with a shoulder strike. McBeth's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. The referee is keeping an eye on McBeth - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Gore digs a right hand underneath McBeth's ribcage. McBeth let out a lung full of air as it connected. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Gore dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Jab by McBeth. A good leg kick by Gore. McBeth keeps the fight on the outside. Gore lands the left hand. Paulski McBeth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McBeth throws a sloppy body shot
and Gore counters with a slapping leg kick. McBeth with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Gore drops McBeth with a beautiful combination! McBeth stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gore is looking for the KO! A looping hook to the body misses from McBeth. Gore does a little dance to reset his feet. McBeth wants to slow Gore down by chopping away at his legs. Gore swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McBeth throws a leg kick which misses Gore's front leg but catches the back leg as Gore tries to avoid it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gore cracks McBeth with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends McBeth tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gore pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! McBeth is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Gore!
