The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killsonsight displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jenkins.
Jenkins is looking to clinch.

and Killsonsight counters with a shoot takedown. Jenkins fights it but they end up in guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Killsonsight's coach down at Vinny’s Gym *MLC sponsored gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Killsonsight's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Killsonsight wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jenkins's closed guard. He's half up but Jenkins has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jenkins pivots and extends the arm, Killsonsight falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jenkins! Well done that man!
