Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel throws a predictable looking body shot
and Arnold counters with a one-two to the body.
We've been hearing reports that Steel has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Arnold swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Steel.
Steel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Arnold moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Arnold swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Steel blocks a jab.
Steel feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Steel misses with a body shot.
Steel lands a nice looking body shot.
Steel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Steel is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Arnold.

Steel throws out a leg kick but Arnold moves out of range and Steel only half commits.
Arnold fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Steel manages to avoid it.
Steel bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Steel misses with a looping left.

and Arnold counters with a nice uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steel closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Steel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Arnold as he avoids it easily.
Arnold throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Steel attempts a counter takedown but Arnold avoids it well and moves away.
Steel throws a shot from downtown. Arnold moves away and avoids it.
Arnold unleashes a big counter combination but Steel bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Jermey Arnold is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Steel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Arnold counters with a nice uppercut.

Steel throws out a loose jab but Arnold uses good head movement to avoid it.
Arnold scores with a jab to the head.
Arnold uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Steel.
Steel misses with a takedown attempt - Arnold sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Steel moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromArnold.

Arnold keeps control of Steel as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Steel has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Arnold clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Steel is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Arnold has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Steel is trying to stick to Arnold's back but Arnold is turning into Steel. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Steel's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Arnold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Arnold throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Arnold controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Steel looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Arnold has picked Steel up and slammed him! Steel can't keep hold of the triangle and Arnold manages to pass to side control!

Steel manages to work his way to half guard, despite Arnold's best efforts.
Steel trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Arnold takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jermey Arnold dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Arnold uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Steel.
Steel on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Steel lands a nice shot that snaps Arnold's head back.
Arnold throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Steel counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Arnold manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Jermey Arnold is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Steel blocks a head kick by Arnold.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steel scores with the left hand. Arnold knows he should have avoided that one.
Arnold is rocked!
Steel misses with a low kick.
Arnold is still on wobbly legs! Can Steel finish him?
James Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steel misses with a hook. Arnold ducked under it nicely.
Arnold seems to have recovered his senses.
Arnold fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Steel manages to avoid it.
Arnold lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Arnold defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Steel.
Arnold let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Steel shoots in looking for a takedown but Arnold manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Steel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Arnold lands with a cross.
Steel connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A nice combination there by Arnold.
Arnold has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Steel tries to counter with a takedown but Arnold is quick to defend against it.
Steel drops Arnold with a beautiful combination! Arnold stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Steel is looking for the KO!
James Steel is winning the standup battle so far.
Steel grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Arnold takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Steel cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
