Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 76 p4p, 13 weight class) and Albert Hoffman (ranked 359 p4p, 50 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
31 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Parker! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 21 - 0, fighting out of London, Albert Hoffman ! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Anthony Taglia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hoffman . Parker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Parker looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Parker misses the shot to the body. Parker fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Parker has managed to clinch.
Hoffman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Parker walks away with a smile on his face. Hoffman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Hoffman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Parker's half guard. Parker trying to control but Hoffman postures up.
Hoffman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Parker defends it well. Parker keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoffman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Parker doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hoffman . That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hoffman wants to work for an arm triangle but Parker is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Hoffman seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Parker has recovered full guard. Hoffman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Hoffman looking to pass the guard. Hoffman drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Parker dives on top into guard.
Hoffman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Parker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hoffman is trying to hold Parker in close to prevent damage but Parker has managed to pass into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Parker wants to pass the guard but Hoffman is defending well. It looks like Parker is going to stand back up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hoffman with the active half guard here but Parker passes nicely into side control. Hoffman is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hoffman is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Parker trying to control the position but Hoffman is working away. Hoffman manages to get back to half guard. Hoffman is trying to get back to full guard. Still in half guard, Parker seems content to control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hoffman wants to control but Parker passes into side.
Hoffman tries to buck Parker off but Parker is having none of it. Parker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Parker dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Parker tries to clinch there but Hoffman circles away.
A slow jab from Parker misses its intended target. Parker's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hoffman under the eye. Some wild striking there from Parker.
Parker lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Nice uppercut there from Parker. Parker is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Parker lands a big head kick that sends Hoffman tumbling to the mat! Parker takes a step backwards and waves Hoffman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hoffman is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hoffman dives in for a single leg takedown but Parker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Hoffman is still on wobbly legs! Can Parker finish him? Parker sends Hoffman crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Parker is motioning to the referee to let Hoffman up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Hoffman slips under a jab. Parker is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Parker lands an uppercut, right on the button! Hoffman tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Peter Parker! Peter Parker retains his middleweight title! Peter Parker very nearly forgot to thank Red Light Coffeeshop amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
