Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Richard Brown (ranked 3718 p4p, 177 weight class) and Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 5317 p4p, 236 weight class). The key to victory for Richard Brown has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Naruto Uzumaki!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzumaki fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Brown sprawls well initially but Uzumaki persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Brown is looking to get back to is feet but Uzumaki passes into side control.
The ground and pound from Uzumaki seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Uzumaki on the ground.
Uzumaki stands up and beckons Brown to his feet.
Uzumaki shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily.
Richard Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Uzumaki shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brown pinned against the cage. Brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Uzumaki closes the distance and clinches up with Brown, looking for a takedown. Uzumaki pushes Brown against the cage but Brown circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Brown has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Annihilation Academy in the buildup to the fight.
Uzumaki closes the distance and clinches up with Brown, looking for a takedown. Uzumaki pushes Brown against the cage but Brown circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Uzumaki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brown avoids it really well and circles away.

Uzumaki dives in and grabs Brown's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brown pushes down on Uzumaki's head and hops out.
Brown was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Uzumaki is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Brown to keep the fight standing.

Brown lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Uzumaki circles away quickly and effectively.

Uzumaki manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Brown on his heels. He'll look to pass Brown's guard now, I'm sure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Uzumaki looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Brown is defending well. Uzumaki quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Brown has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Uzumaki celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
