Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Fregorton (ranked 6173 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duncan Peters (ranked 6335 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mitch Fregorton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Duncan Peters! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Peters. Those never looked like landing. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Peters is defended easily by Fregorton. Fregorton attempts a counter takedown but Peters avoids it well and moves away. Peters clinches up against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Peters. Fregorton slows down the pace here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fregorton unloads a knee to the mid-section. Fregorton tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Peters avoids it. Fregorton tightens his grip and picks Peters up, before dumping him to the ground. Peters manages to land in guard. Fregorton is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fregorton is in close to Peters's body, working some short punches and elbows. Fregorton controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Peters wants to stand but Fregorton is controlling the position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Peters can do anything to dispel that myth. Fregorton postures up.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Fregorton passes Peters's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Fregorton lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Peters really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fregorton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Fregorton controlling the action here. Peters trying to hold on to Fregorton's head to control him but Fregorton postures up.

Fregorton looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fregorton misses the shot to the body. Fregorton dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Peters tries for a takedown but Fregorton circles away easily and Fregorton counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fregorton not doing much here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fregorton works his way into side control. Fregorton staying calm. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mitch Fregorton dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Peters misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fregorton half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Fregorton wants to clinch. Peters has his takedown stuffed and Fregorton counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fregorton. Peters taking a breather. Fregorton is leaning against Peters and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Fregorton drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fregorton goes for a takedown in the clinch but Peters prevents it.
Fregorton manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Peters must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fregorton looking for a sweep. Not yet Fregorton, not yet. Peters throwing strikes from guard but Fregorton blocks nicely. Fregorton not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Fregorton is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Peters frees his head nicely. Oh but Fregorton has switched to an armbar! Peters is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
