Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Miranda (ranked 25485 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stansislav Nedkov (ranked 5102 p4p, 524 weight class). Stansislav Nedkov will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joseph Miranda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stansislav Nedkov! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nedkov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Miranda looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Miranda looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Miranda is not content to let Nedkov control the position. Miranda is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are battling for position here. Miranda manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Miranda working for a triangle but Nedkov defends it easily.
Nedkov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Miranda is proving hard to escape from.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nedkov is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Nedkov trying to control but Miranda is working from the bottom. Miranda has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nedkov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Miranda doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Miranda is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nedkov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Miranda was covering up waiting for the punch and Nedkov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Miranda could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Miranda manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nedkov manages to get himself to full guard.

Our spies down at at Tycoon Gym inform us that Nedkov has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Nedkov looks winded! Miranda thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miranda lands a couple of elbows. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Miranda accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Miranda with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Miranda lands a couple of decent looking shots. Miranda working some strikes from top position. Miranda postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nedkov can do anything to dispel that myth. Miranda throws a big right hand that misses. Miranda in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miranda postures up.
Miranda connects with a couple of short punches. Miranda is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Miranda postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Miranda's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Nedkov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Miranda lands a couple of digs. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nedkov preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Miranda scoring with punches to the head and body. Miranda cracks Nedkov with a solid left hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joseph Miranda dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Miranda is looking to work some ground and pound but Nedkov has wrist control. Miranda cracks Nedkov with a solid left hand. Miranda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Miranda trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Miranda is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Miranda keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Nedkov's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miranda is working Nedkov over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Nedkov is breathing heavily. Nedkov tries to land a sweep but no joy. Nedkov trying to keep a closed guard but Miranda is proving a slippery customer.
Miranda is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

There ya go! There ya go! Miranda lands a couple of digs. Miranda working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Miranda lands a couple of decent looking shots. Miranda is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Nedkov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Nedkov has escaped and now he's on top!
Miranda is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Nedkov defends well.

Miranda has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Nedkov should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Miranda has tightened it up now! Nedkov should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
