The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caca looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Vovchanchyn is looking to counter the offense by Caca and move into the clinch.
Vovchanchyn takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Caca dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Vovchanchyn. That did some damage!
El Toro Caca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caca tries a head kick but it misses.
Vovchanchyn attempts a counter takedown but Caca avoids it well and moves away.
Caca with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Caca tries to land a body kick
and Vovchanchyn counters with a takedown into side control.
A lull in the action here as Vovchanchyn stalls from top position.
Vovchanchyn is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Caca knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vovchanchyn in side control, just content to control the action for now.

Vovchanchyn tries for a kimura but Caca is defending well.

Vovchanchyn is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Caca is trying to escape and Vovchanchyn transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Caca is forced to tap! Nice work there by Vovchanchyn! Very nice indeed!
