Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Artimus Angar (ranked 4536 p4p, 529 weight class) and Ronald Fredrick (ranked 3703 p4p, 463 weight class). Fredrick has chosen Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz: Throw It Up as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Angar clips Fredrick with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Fredrick a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

Ronald Fredrick spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
