Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Koba Wyatt (ranked 107 p4p, 9 weight class) and Robert Boone (ranked 822 p4p, 79 weight class). Wyatt comes to the cage accompanied by Channel Zero. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
19 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Koba Wyatt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
39 - 21 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Boone!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boone tries to clinch there but Wyatt circles away.
Wyatt comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Boone misses with a hook to the body
enabling Wyatt to counter with a crisp jab.
Boone rushes Wyatt and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Boone.
Boone misses with a short punch on the inside.
Boone swings wildly with an uppercut but Wyatt uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wyatt blocks a punch to the side of the head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Boone.
Wyatt blocks an uppercut.
Boone tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boone is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Wyatt blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Boone lands with a right to the head.
Boone fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Wyatt breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Boone tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Wyatt is able to avoid easily.
Boone gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Wyatt looks to land a combination but Boone avoids it well.
Boone tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wyatt moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Robert Boone has been cut.
Wyatt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wyatt throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Boone cracks Wyatt with a right hand to the side of the head.
Wyatt lands a slapping body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wyatt is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Boone hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Koba Wyatt!
A relieved looking Koba Wyatt thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
