The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warhol looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
James throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
James takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Warhol is trying desperately to land a takedown but James is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Warhol.

Warhol shoots in for a double leg but James sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
James scores with a hook to the body. Warhol takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Warhol shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts James as he jumps to the side.
James plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

James clinches up against the cage.
James has had enough of the clinch but Warhol keeps him there for the moment.

James breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Warhol chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before James can pounce on him.

Warhol is looking for a kimura here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Warhol is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Warhol is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but James frees his head nicely. Oh but Warhol has switched to an armbar! James is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
