Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dakota Bohi (ranked 2042 p4p, 235 weight class) and Yuji Nagata (ranked 2121 p4p, 241 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dakota Bohi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yuji Nagata ! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nagata avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Nagata takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
We've been told by Bohi's head coaches at Shark Tank MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Bohi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nagata has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Bohi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Nagata wants to clinch. Nagata fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bohi connects with a single shot there. Nagata misses with a straight left. Dakota Bohi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bohi throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nagata counters with an inside leg kick. Bohi misses with an uppercut. Bohi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Bohi lands a glancing blow to the side of Nagata 's head. Nagata closes the distance but Bohi moves to the side and Bohi counters with a two punch combo. We've been informed that Nagata has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Nagata lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nagata missing with a left hand there. Bohi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bohi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Nagata counters with a lovely straight right hand! Nagata misses with an uppercut
and Bohi counters with a low kick, right behind Nagata 's knee.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Nagata avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bohi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Nagata is able to avoid easily. Bohi misses with a head kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Bohi.
Nagata takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Bohi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Nagata manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bohi connects with a leg kick. Nagata looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Nagata misses with a looping right. Nagata avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bohi connects with a nice looking jab.
Bohi tries a head kick but it misses.
Nagata throws a counter combo. Bohi gets a clinch. A right hook to the body lands for Bohi.
Bohi tries to work over Nagata 's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bohi. Bohi throws a punch but it's blocked by Nagata . Nagata lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bohi backwards. Bohi scores with an uppercut up the middle. Bohi doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
A head punch on the inside from Bohi fails to land. Nagata 's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Bohi working aggressively here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nagata blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bohi swings wildly with an uppercut but Nagata uses good head movement to avoid it. A short right from Bohi. Nagata throws an elbow that misses.
Bohi misses with a punch on the inside.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bohi misses with the head strike.
A short right from Bohi. Bohi lands with a short head shot on the inside. Nagata struggles to land a body shot inside as Bohi controls his hands.
Bohi throws a head punch that misses. Bohi blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bohi stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bohi. Bohi tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Nagata blocks a body shot from Bohi. Nagata throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Nagata lands a hook to the side of the head. Nagata lands with a left to the head. A head punch on the inside from Nagata fails to land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dakota Bohi dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bohi looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nagata throws a shot to the body.
Bohi is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nagata can do to turn this around? A looping hook to the body misses from Bohi. Nagata does a little dance to reset his feet. Bohi fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Bohi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nagata connects with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bohi dips to his left and cracks Nagata with an uppercut! Bohi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nagata throws out the jab. Nagata throws out a leg kick but Bohi moves out of range and Nagata only half commits. Bohi was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
That's one minute gone in the round. A punch combination from Nagata misses. Bohi takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nagata slips a straight right by Bohi. Nagata fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bohi is out of range. Bohi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nagata throws a nice looking combination but Bohi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nagata pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bohi throws a front kick aimed at Nagata 's knee but Nagata avoids it well. Bohi staying out of range there. A little feinted left hand from Bohi on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Nagata missing with a left hand there. Bohi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bohi appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bohi dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nagata looks to score with a jab to the body but Bohi is just out of range. Nagata takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Bohi throws a hook to the side of Nagata 's head but Nagata sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Bohi goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Nagata rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Nagata takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Yuji Nagata has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bohi darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Nagata swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Bohi appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Bohi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Nagata will feel that in the morning. Bohi tries to clinch but Nagata moves out of range. Nagata is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Bohi with a body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bohi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Nagata takes one to the chin there. Nagata moves out of range of the leg kick from Bohi. Nagata tries to bum rush Bohi with a series of wild strikes but Bohi uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nagata takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Nagata looks to land a right hand but Bohi moved out of range. Nagata looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bohi scores with a nice head shot. Bohi throws an off balance right hand
and Bohi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A thudding body kick lands there by Bohi!
Bohi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nagata finds it's way round the side to connect with Bohi's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nagata throws a looping overhand right but Bohi ducks down to avoid it. Bohi jabs Nagata right on the nose. Nagata blinks but takes it well. Bohi connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nagata 's hands.
Nagata is rocked! BOOM! Bohi lands a beautiful left hook that drops Nagata . Nagata tries to recover but Bohi is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Nagata lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
