Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silfversvanz avoids the head kick by Python.
Silfversvanz was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Silfversvanz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Python, pushing him back against the cage.
Python blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Silfversvanz lands with a short shot to the head.

Silfversvanz stuffs the takedown attempt from Python. Python gets slowly back to his feet.

Python is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silfversvanz gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Python manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Silfversvanz manages to get himself to full guard.

Python drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Python jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Python is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Silfversvanz looks calm but he's in trouble here. Python gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Silfversvanz is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Python lets go of the hold and Silfversvanz can pop his arm back in it's socket.
