Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Allen (ranked 5934 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Harly (ranked 6018 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Allen misses the target.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Harly shoots in looking for a takedown. Allen tries to sprawl out of it but Harly keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Allen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Allen darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oooooh!!! Allen has knocked Harly down with a huge combo! Allen steps away and waves a wobbly Harly back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters circling - Allen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Harly with the counter takedown but Allen avoids it easily.

The fighters circle momentarily. Allen darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Allen throws an overhand right that lands on Harly's shoulder, as Harly tries to avoid the shot.
Harly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Allen tries to avoid it but Harly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Allen to the ground. Allen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Allen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Harly checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Allen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Harly under the eye.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Allen, as that shot connected.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Allen gets tackled into the cage by Harly. Harly maintains the clinch.
Harly tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Allen just stands there and leans against the cage.
Harly goes for a takedown in the clinch but Allen prevents it.

No joy there for Harly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Barry Allen showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Allen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
