Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Morientes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pastor Dave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morientes comes to the cage accompanied by Rap Das Armas. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morientes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dave throws a series of punches but Morientes moves out of range.
Dave shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dave showed some decent athleticism there.
Morientes is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Morientes looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Morientes gets back to full guard.
Dave trying to control but Morientes is working from the bottom.
Morientes had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dave is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Morientes Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dave's back instead.

Morientes is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Dave has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Dave has hold of Morientes's arm. He needs to escape this position sooner or later but for now he's happy enough to control the position and prevent the submission attempts.

Dave wants to clinch up but Morientes keeps it at a distance.
Dave misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Morientes will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
