Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Mica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabio Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huerta is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Devine. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huerta had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mica is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Huerta Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mica's back instead.

Huerta is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Mica has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close second round but I would say that John Mica will probably get the nod.
