Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Parker Johnston (ranked 25361 p4p, 0 weight class) and Troy Cooper (ranked 5962 p4p, 642 weight class). Cooper is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rockstar Post Malone. Parker Johnston looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Johnston did well to prevent Cooper getting side control.
Johnston makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Cooper rushes Johnston and presses him up against the cage.
Johnston tries to pull guard but Cooper holds him up against the cage and eventually Johnston drops back down to his feet.
Johnston wants to take the fight to the mat but Cooper manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Johnston can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Parker Johnston. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cooper is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Cooper has Johnston pulled in close to control his posture.
Cooper pushes Johnston off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Johnston gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cooper to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Johnston is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Johnston lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Johnston goes for a takedown in the clinch but Cooper prevents it.
Johnston manages to pull guard.
Johnston is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cooper stands up over Johnston, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Cooper is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cooper trying to control but Johnston is working from the bottom.
Cooper working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Johnston's head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Cooper with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Cooper slips nicely into half guard.
Oh Johnston is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cooper content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Cooper is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Cooper is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Johnston is hurt! He's hurt bad - Cooper fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Johnston from any more punishment! Congratulations to Cooper! Great finish!
