Reyes comes to the ring accompanied by Death or Glory. Johnson has chosen What What (In the Butt) by Samwell as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Royce Reyes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dick Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Johnson jumps guard.
Reyes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Reyes postures up.
Reyes trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Reyes wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Johnson looking to control.
Johnson controlling the position.
Johnson is trying to control the position but Reyes postures up.
Reyes trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Johnson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Reyes trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Reyes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Reyes stands and throws Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control.
You can see the frustration on Johnson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson is looking for a sweep.
Johnson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Johnson manages to get to full guard.

Reyes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Reyes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Johnson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Reyes is controlling him.
Reyes tries to free his leg and advance position but Johnson is retaining full guard.
Reyes is pushing down on Johnson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Reyes has managed to sneak the leg through.

Reyes is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Johnson trying to hold on to Reyes's head to control him but Reyes postures up.

Reyes maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Johnson could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Reyes has cracked it and Johnson is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Reyes!
