Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samson Goldstein (ranked 1076 p4p, 113 weight class) and Dada Five Thousand (ranked 4543 p4p, 437 weight class). Five Thousand has chosen AKON FT DADA 5000 as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Five Thousand drops Goldstein with a nice combination! Five Thousand dives into Goldstein's guard, looking to finish!

It looks like Samson Goldstein has been cut.
Five Thousand throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Goldstein works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Goldstein is looking to stand up but Five Thousand isn't so interested in that idea.
Five Thousand throws an elbow that misses. Goldstein uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Five Thousand's guard. Nice move by Goldstein!

Goldstein has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Five Thousand told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Goldstein's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Goldstein.

Goldstein lands a big head kick that sends Five Thousand tumbling to the mat! Goldstein takes a step backwards and waves Five Thousand back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Dada Five Thousand has been cut.
Goldstein throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Five Thousand crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Samson Goldstein tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
