Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Jonhson (ranked 25943 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Rocket (ranked 8364 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rocket throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jonhson throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Johnny Rocket seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jonhson shoots in looking for a takedown. Rocket tries to sprawl out of it but Jonhson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rocket manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rocket wants to counter with a clinch but Jonhson pushes him away.

Jonhson is nestled in close to Rocket, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Jonhson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rocket is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
