Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gresham Law (ranked 2541 p4p, 340 weight class) and Michael Bennet (ranked 2048 p4p, 279 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Law in particular looking to stall.

Bennet fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Law manages to avoid it.

Law goes for a double leg but Bennet avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bennet continues to drive forward.

Well Bennet has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Michael Bennet was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
