The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Em sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Maker throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Maker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Maker throws a leg kick which misses Em's front leg but catches the back leg as Em tries to avoid it.
Maker throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Em on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Maker throws a nice inside leg kick.
Em missing with a left hand there. Maker was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Maker buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Maker bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Maker is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Em crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Maker - the referee stops the clock and Em gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Maker. Em manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Em might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Thong Maker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Maker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
