Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny White (ranked 852 p4p, 107 weight class) and Michael Hayes (ranked 2254 p4p, 251 weight class). Hayes has chosen Blood Warriors as his entrance music. Michael Hayes acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
31 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Danny White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Hayes! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White tries for a takedown but Hayes sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. White misses with an uppercut. Hayes saw that one coming. A nice side step and Hayes releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as White checks a leg kick. White misses the shot to the body. Hayes moves away from the strike by White. Danny White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. White avoids the body shot from Hayes.
Hayes takes a shot to the body in his stride.
White looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Hayes shoots in and gets a takedown into White's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hayes is one step ahead there. White keeping moving, preventing Hayes from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hayes looking to sit in guard and control but White gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hayes wants to sweep but no luck. White with a flurry of punches that miss. White postures up in Hayes's guard and throws a big left but Hayes blocks it. Hayes is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Hayes has momentary wrist control but White slips an elbow through the middle. White postures up and lands a big shot to Hayes's brow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. White scoring with some ground and pound. White trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Hayes is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. White throwing strikes but missing. White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hayes works some decent striking defense from the bottom. White throws an elbow that misses. Hayes uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in White's guard. Nice move by Hayes!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hayes trying to control but White is working from the bottom. White looking for a guillotine here but Hayes defends easily.
White lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. White in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. White scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hayes is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Hayes is controlling White's posture. White postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. White lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hayes works some decent striking defense from the bottom. White throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Danny White dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
White changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hayes tries to avoid it but White manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hayes to the ground. Hayes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Hayes lands with a good body shot. White looks to land a left hand but Hayes moved out of range nicely. White drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. White throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hayes was covering up waiting for the punch and White finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hayes preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. White trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hayes seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Hayes looking to hit a scissor sweep but White is one step ahead there.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. The fighters circling - White throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Hayes scores with a body shot.
White looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Hayes doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hayes's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hayes duly obliges. Hayes fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Hayes tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. White manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hayes lands an overhand right. Hayes closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming White to the mat! White manages to get full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! White is trying to control the position but Hayes postures up. Hayes wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. Hayes working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hayes wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. Hayes working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from White. White postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. White postures up in Hayes's guard and throws a big left but Hayes blocks it. White trying to move into half guard but instead Hayes has managed to sweep! Hayes trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hayes throws a big right hand that misses. Hayes is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. White keeping moving, preventing Hayes from controlling successfully. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Hayes landing some decent shots from guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hayes looking to sit in guard and control but White gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michael Hayes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

White shoots for a double leg takedown but Hayes sprawls well. He's pushed White's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Michael Hayes seems to be getting the better of the standup. White walks into a jab. Hayes throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. A head kick misses from White. White throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hayes holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Hayes throws a head punch that misses. Hayes blocks an elbow strike. Hayes throws a punch but it's blocked by White. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. White creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Hayes's defenses. White misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hayes has a couple of punches blocked by White.
That's one minute gone in the round. A shot in the inside from Hayes. Hayes goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Hayes is looking to take this one to the mat. Hayes misses with a punch to the body.
White tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

White is pressed up against the cage. Hayes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag White down to the mat. White avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hayes throws a combination but it was largely blocked by White. White thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's two minutes gone in the round. White fails with the takedown. White shoots in for a takedown but Hayes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny White. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hayes throws a one two combo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. White fails with a takedown attempt. White connects with a leg kick. Hayes looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Hayes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from White. White fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Nice uppercut lands for Hayes. That snapped White's head back.
Hayes misses with a straight left. White throwing a counter right hand but Hayes manages to avoid it. Hayes walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. White checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White moves out of range of the strikes. Nice straight punches there by Hayes. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hayes. White misses with a hook. A left lands for White. Hayes misses with a straight left. Hayes stuffs the takedown attempt from White. White gets slowly back to his feet. White uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hayes. A little feinted left hand from White on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. White throws an overhand right that lands on Hayes's shoulder, as Hayes tries to avoid the shot. White tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hayes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten White somewhat. Hayes swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Hayes misses with a looping left. White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hayes looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A jab from Hayes finds it's way through White's defenses. Hayes lands a nice leg kick that just misses White's sensitive parts. White tries to keep at a distance but Hayes has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hayes works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Hayes swings wildly with an uppercut but White uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hayes tried to land a shot to the body but connects with White's elbow. Nice elbow from White. Hayes has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. White avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. White prevents a body shot from Hayes. Hayes takes an elbow to the forehead. A right handed body shot lands from White.
A shot in the inside from Hayes. A head punch on the inside from Hayes fails to land. Hayes misses with a shot to the kidneys.
And that's the end of the fight! Michael Hayes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hayes has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Michael Hayes! Michael Hayes tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. Danny White was interviewed post fight and said 'No worries. I'm confident this fight will be ruled a 'no-contest' after my opponent here tests positive for drugs, once again.'.
