Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Connaw McGregaw (ranked 2231 p4p, 211 weight class) and Ringo Starr (ranked 25472 p4p, 508 weight class). McGregaw comes to the cage accompanied by Foggy Dew. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Connaw McGregaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ringo Starr! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregaw lands a jab-cross combination. Starr misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McGregaw connects with a solid leg kick. McGregaw misses with a wild combination.
McGregaw throws a right and a left that both miss. Starr is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Starr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McGregaw sprawls well. McGregaw wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Starr gets slowly back to his feet. McGregaw really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Starr shoots in looking for a takedown but McGregaw manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Starr's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. McGregaw gets tackled into the cage by Starr. Starr maintains the clinch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Starr is trying to work for a single leg takedown but McGregaw pulls him back up using the underhooks. Connaw McGregaw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ringo Starr. McGregaw breaks from the clinch.
Starr fails with a takedown attempt. Starr takes one on the button. McGregaw seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGregaw fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. McGregaw paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. McGregaw stuffs the takedown attempt from Starr. Starr gets slowly back to his feet. McGregaw scores with a one two! Starr had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Ringo Starr has been cut. A decent looking cross lands there for McGregaw.
Starr is rocked! Starr glances at the clock... BAM! McGregaw nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Starr crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Starr is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Connaw McGregaw! Connaw McGregaw decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
