Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loko ducks right into an uppercut from Powers.
Loko thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Powers if he has to take too many more of those.
Loko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Powers doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Loko throws a nice inside leg kick.
Powers avoids a punch combination nicely.
Loko slaps away a takedown attempt from Powers, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Loko pushes Powers off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Powers tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Loko was well out of range. Poor timing from Powers.
Powers drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Loko lands a nice hook to Powers's body. Powers takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Powers wants to clinch.
Loko shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Powers eats them both and turns towards Loko to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Powers pushes Loko up against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Loko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Powers fails in his attempt to clinch.
Powers drives through with a takedown into Loko's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Loko is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Loko is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Powers is aware though and is defending well.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Loko.
Powers throws a fast counter high kick but Loko manages to duck under it in time.
Loko loads up on a big right hand but Powers slips the punch.

and Powers counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Loko is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Powers dives into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Loko tries to bench press Powers off him but Powers keeps the position.

Powers wants to pass to mount but Loko is defending the position.
Loko is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Powers can do to turn this around?
Powers decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Loko misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Loko swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Powers.

Powers rushes Loko and presses him up against the cage.

Powers dives in for a single leg takedown but Loko sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Loko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Powers gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Powers stands up and waves to Loko to follow him.
No joy there for Loko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Powers shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Loko as he avoids it easily.
Four Loko is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Loko throws a right and a left that both miss.
Loko throws a half hearted mid kick.
Loko moves out of range as Powers strikes.
Powers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Loko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A low kick from Loko is predictable there
and Powers counters with a shoot takedown. Loko fights it but they end up in guard.
Powers is stalling in the full guard.
Powers gets to his feet. Loko looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Loko will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Powers walks into a left hand.
Loko throws a head kick that half lands.

Powers shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Loko's guard.
Loko has an active guard here but Powers has managed to pass into half guard.

Loko pushes Powers back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Powers is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Loko just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Powers has gone limp and this one is over!

Four Loko seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
