Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gustaf Stenbeck (ranked 1196 p4p, 157 weight class) and Raoul De Muerta (ranked 1286 p4p, 166 weight class). De Muerta has chosen The Crystal Method as his entrance music. Raoul De Muerta told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! De Muerta crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stenbeck - the referee stops the clock and De Muerta gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stenbeck. De Muerta manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A decent looking cross lands there for Stenbeck.
De Muerta works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Stenbeck went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

De Muerta throws the left hand but Stenbeck avoids the punch easily.

De Muerta throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stenbeck is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
De Muerta thumps Stenbeck with a low kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Stenbeck ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Stenbeck uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from De Muerta.
Stenbeck lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but De Muerta circles away quickly and effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gustaf Stenbeck will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
De Muerta feints and then cracks Stenbeck's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stenbeck down.

Stenbeck wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Stenbeck cracks De Muerta with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! De Muerta falls to his knees and Stenbeck doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
