And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kristopher Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Wallace as he connects with a hook.


It looks like Merle Reilly has been cut.
Wallace misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wallace fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wallace scores with a jab to the body.

Reilly closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wallace quickly recovers to half guard.
Wallace wants to improve his position but Reilly is controlling well.
Reilly could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Wallace is trying to stand up here but Reilly is controlling him well.
Reilly keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Reilly is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Wallace is trying to stand back up but Reilly is controlling him

Reilly seems to be looking for submissions.
Wallace wants to get back to his feet.

Reilly is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wallace defends it well.

Reilly is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Wallace is controlling Reilly's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Reilly is working for a kimura but Wallace is defending it quite comfortably.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Reilly performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Reilly throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Reilly is figuring out what he wants to do next.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wallace tries to roll over but Reilly keeps him under control.
Reilly perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Wallace comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kristopher Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reilly finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Wallace's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Reilly falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kristopher Wallace!
