PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robin Yount (ranked 84 p4p, 15 weight class) and Lao Shin (ranked 81 p4p, 14 weight class). Shin has chosen Shaolin Chamber of Death as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/round1.jpg) The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yount misses with the body kick and Shin counters with a nice uppercut. Shin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Yount throws an overhand right that lands on Shin's shoulder, as Shin tries to avoid the shot. Jab by Yount. Yount misses with a lunging right hand
and Shin counters with a head kick that wobbles Yount - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Shin sends him down. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lao Shin! Our winner, Lao Shin, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
