Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Smith!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith shoots in looking for a takedown but Stokes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Smith's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Stokes tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance.
Smith shoots in for a takedown but Stokes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice inside leg kick there by Stokes. That's going to slow Smith down.
Smith throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stokes's waist but Stokes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Smith off to one side.
