The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reznick slaps away a takedown attempt from Raunio, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Raunio pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Raunio throws a shot from downtown. Reznick moves away and avoids it.
Raunio has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Reznick is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Raunio connects with a body shot.
Reznick lands a lovely overhand right.
Reznick throws a solid leg kick but Raunio takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Reznick.
Raunio has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Reznick.
Raunio misses with an uppercut
enabling Reznick to counter with a crisp jab.
Reznick lands with an overhand left.

Raunio is rocked!
Raunio switches off momentarily and Reznick cracks him with a monster right hand! Raunio topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Reznick dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Reznick!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Trevor Reznick!
Trevor Reznick decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
