Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Nixon (ranked 1875 p4p, 234 weight class) and Rielly Adams (ranked 1669 p4p, 205 weight class). Adams has chosen Walk as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams lands the left hand.
Nixon misses with a hook.

No joy there for Nixon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
As Nixon backs off Adams throws a huge counter combo but Nixon manages to avoid it all.
Adams throws a right and a left that Nixon avoids nicely.
Nixon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Adams lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nixon circles away quickly and effectively.

Nixon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Nixon drops Adams with a beautiful combination! Adams stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Nixon is looking for the KO!
Adams is rocked!
Nixon moves in close and cracks Adams with a massive right hand! Adams, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Nixon!

In his post fight interview, Richard Nixon started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
