Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between ZB Penduko (ranked 6144 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chou Farci (ranked 5934 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, ZB Penduko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chou Farci!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penduko forces Farci back against the cage and clinches.
Farci can't break the clinch.
Farci is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Penduko blocks an elbow strike from Farci.
Farci gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Penduko.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Penduko.
Penduko tries to pull guard but Farci won't allow it.
Farci working some nice short punches in the clinch.
It looks like ZB Penduko has been cut.
Penduko could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Penduko pressing his opponent against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Farci tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Penduko smiles and moves away.
Penduko rushes Farci and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Penduko working Farci over with knees to the body.
Farci misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Farci is working for takedown but Penduko is calmly controlling the position for now.
Penduko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Farci throws a leg kick that misses.
Penduko shoots in but no luck this time.
Farci steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Penduko.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for ZB Penduko. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Farci takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Penduko has his takedown stuffed
and Farci counters with a crisp one two that drops Penduko! Farci thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Penduko to his feet! Penduko is in big trouble!
Farci walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Penduko checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Penduko throws a series of punches but Farci moves out of range.
Penduko darts in looking for a takedown but Farci gets double underhooks and turns Penduko into the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Farci connects with a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Farci bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Penduko's head backwards.
Penduko is rocked!
Penduko is holding his hands too far apart here. Farci throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Penduko is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chou Farci!
